In-Service Training for Health Care Professionals Held at Your Facility
We can come to your site and provide training for your staff on working with incapacitated adults who cannot give their own informed consent. Discussion will include ethical standards for working with this population, as well as the difference between a power of attorney and a guardian. We'll also share information on the role of the guardian and power of attorney on the treatment team and inter-disciplinary team.
